Every year, the same thing was a pain to me. Idk how some of my friends are still playing these games. I mean I'm not into any sports, but how are the releases for each year of Madden or any other sports franchise, different than a brand new season starting up every year for every single sport?

It is true that sports require seasons for figuring out their schedules for games. The games of sports have 95percent of their code copypasted year in and year out. They don't have to sell it at $60/$70 every year. Create lower-cost season updates as DLC and only offer something for sale only if it's major in nature.

As someone who's used the game since madden 64 in the year 97. I'm done with it. This is the first year that I'm completely against the game. Each time I feel they're making steps forward they'll eventually eliminate the cool feature and come back a few years later to convince people to buy it again.
