Take away any resource drops that bosses drop from their. The value of skills is diminished and today is just a bunch of stuff to do for some quest requirements, pleasure (if you like it) and maximizing req. Skill isn't an efficient way to make money, and these days most resources appear to be put into OSRS Gold play via high-level pvms or bots.

If the bosses are stripped of their resources, the only thing that's changed is that we'll get more bots. You'll see them all over the fishing places, the yew and magic trees just like the past. I believe that people are unaware of how common resource botting was.

It will certainly add value to resources once again, but it will come at the cost of a massive influx of bots. Since at the end of the day, people don't really want to skill this much, and instead buy botted resources instead.

Completely valid point but now the bots are spread across pvm content and they do not have a set GP/PH. They are able to receive drops similar to dragons, Warhammer or even a swarm of dragons. It's a difficult problem to tackle. There's no panacea in the field of RS gold bots.
