Save files are separate than the game install itself. If you'd delete it you can submit a ticket in the nba 2k site. I have spun the wheel twice and won ( Free 2k Shoes Free NBA Store Item ) but once I go to select something shows up. I've looked everywhere in the shop and nothing's free. Heck even the terrible looking MyPlayer face scan on the 2K21 App generated the exact same wonky looking face as 2K20's App. Note: the game refers to aspects of this game which are just not there.
