While the Barbarian does not have as much health as the best Diablo 2 Resurrection Sorceress build, he has a significant amount of it, which allows him to withstand significant amounts of incoming damage without worrying about being killed. The majority of our stat points are spent on increasing the Barbarian's vitality rather than on increasing the Barbarian's overall strength, contrary to popular belief. Unlike the normal difficulty, where you can choose the maximum strength option, you will not be able to do so on the harder difficulties because you will not have enough health to make buy D2R runes through the game. It will be difficult to use the indestructible Phase Blades because of our limited dexterity, which we will be lacking with only 136 points at our disposal. Keep your energy points to a minimum because you can always use potions to replenish your mana reserves if you run out of them.
