Rocket League developer Psyonix these days published their roadmap for Rocket League Trading the Xbox One model of the game, where they found out that they wanted new gamers to become familiar with the game’s mechanics before introducing new playlists. Here’s what they stated about bringing again Hockey Mode:

“First, we’re going to turn on the “Snow Day” hockey mode for our on-line playlist someday next week.
