Originally reported to be the Off-White x Nike Dunk Low “The 20” Collection is now expected to be “The 50” as Virgil Abloh and Nike will be releasing 50 different colorways of the Off-White x Nike Dunk Low.#50 interpolates familiar details and colors from Abloh’s past Nike collaborations with some fresh new details.Each Nike Dunk Low will come dressed in a Sail/Neutral Grey color scheme, while the difference between each pair will be the color of the hiking laces, insoles, tab on the Swoosh, and number plate reading “XX of 50.”It’s done up in black and equipped with a metallic silver Swoosh a la the Off-White™ x Nike Air Force 1 “MoMA” from 2018, while also adding the overlaid rope lacing system from past Off-White™ x Nike Dunk Low collaborations and cut-out oval detailing on the tongue that’s borrowed from the Off-White™ x Air Jordan 5. The “50 of 50” pair will come in a Black color blocking. Each pair will come with special packaging.From a build standpoint, #50 mixes a textile toebox, quarter panel and collar with supple leather mudguards, eyestays, Swooshes and heels.

TPU detailing along the tongue, at the mid-foot and on the heel further indulge in varying hues, with the most latter area boasting an Easter-friendly purple.While remaining true to its OG running roots, this Nike Air Max 90 gets revamped with features like excess materials in the upper and about 15% Nike Grind in the forefoot of the outsole.Mesh and leather underlays throughout the sneaker’s upper maintains a contrasting, but understated black and white arrangement, allowing for the aforementioned components to battle for the spotlight. Underfoot, the Air Max unit and its accompanying enclosure introduce vibrant scarlet and speckling to the shoe, respectively.

To round out the look, logos on the tongue, lateral side, and heel are in Dust Purple to contrast the black used underneath.Purple branding on the tongue, lateral, and heel with a rubber shell toe and outsole completes the design.
