You can only see stealth classes if they are extremely close to you, which is a great change. The human spirit gets nerfed from 5% to 3% and they do get some extra expertise with swords and mazes. The biggest change however that humans get going from WoW Cataclysm Classic to WoW cataclysm Gold is every man for himself, which I believe Blizzard is going to be renaming and classic to something else.

This is arguably the best PvP racial in the game seen as you do not need to actually have a PvP trinket equipped since this racial completely replaces the PvP training its purpose. This allows you to put on to PvE trinkets giving you one extra trachea over the other races to help you deal extra damage or heal etc.

While this racial is incredibly powerful, it is only really insane after Icecrown Citadel and Ruby Sanctum trim out which will be during the last phases of wrath. These raids will give you access to very very strong trinkets such as Deathbringer as well whispering fangs still charged Twilights Dale etc, etc.
