NBA 2K23 offers a course correction for the franchise by offering improved gameplay, deeper immersion in MyCareer with brand new Seasons and more. After a disappointing debut last year, NBA 2K is back with a much more powerful version with NBA MT Coins.

2K23 shines the most on the court and is the main part, but it also has excessively large hubs in its most renowned mode of MyCareer. The W also feels like an extra feature rather than a fully-fledged game, at least it's improved with the game's graphics and gameplay improvement.

The game is still enjoyable to play. There are plenty of options for players to play with MyCareer, MyTeam, and the in-depth League as well as GM modes to make up for issues with The City on current-gen consoles and The Neighborhood on last-gen.
