Bandos chestplate and OSRS gold Tassets. Falling in price, these are generally go-to items in the event you've got cash. 12M for one item with 12M to purchase the other. They provide the power of prayer and strength. I'm not an expert in Helms, but if in the process of killing, you'll need the Slayer helm to get its bonus features (likewise Salve amulet if it's pertinent) and Verac's helm otherwise.

For boots, you'll prefer to stick with dragon. There are more comfortable boots, known as "ragefire" I believe however, I'm not sure that you'd prefer to blow your money on these. For gloves, try barrowing gloves from RFD or at times, goliath gloves made from The dominion tower.

Goliaths need you to have done lots of quests and many battles that are arcade-style in a big tower full of quest bosses. One thing you can pick up when you've completed your questing generally I'd say. The ring is the ring that's free you can pick up from "A returning to the stone" (I think that's the title of is the name of the quest).

It starts in TzHaar city, right at its birth pool. It's got all the fremmenik ring's bonuses, and several very nice reusable teleports, and an additional combat bonus to the tzhaar. Then you could purchase the Berserker ringthat offers an increase in strength, or you can get the explorer's band, which has alchemy spells available for free every day. You can get an Onyx ring that is infused in bringing armies to battle. Look it up if want more detail.

A ranged crystal bow isn't all that bad, but it's not the best weapon for someone with your abilities and money. It is recommended to at least make an Royal Crossbow. I'm not sure how you can accomplish this since I don't own one, however, I've been told it's simple (and buy rs07 fire cape that the Royal Xbow is a tier 80 weapon).
