Ndis Support Coordination
NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) Support Coordination is a type of support provided to people with disabilities who are participating in the NDIS. It helps individuals to plan and implement their NDIS plans, and to access and coordinate the supports and services they need to achieve their goals. Ndis Support Coordinators work with individuals to identify their needs and preferences, and to connect them with appropriate service providers and resources. They can help with a range of tasks, including finding and coordinating supports, building capacity and skills, and facilitating access to community, social and recreational activities.
